For Drain Cleaning & Sewer Repair

There are many indications of a sewer system gone wrong – water stains, backed up plumbing, leaks and visible cracks, and all of these problems once required extensive work to fix them. With modern technology readily available, Next Level Pipe Lining is proud to offer repair services that are more efficient and reliable than the traditional dig-and-replace processes.

Among one of the most advanced solutions that we provide includes cured-in-place pipe lining, a process in which we are able to restore underground or vertical pipes behind walls without digging or causing excessive demolition. This is made possible through the technology that allows us to inspect the pipes directly from inside and conduct repairs from within as needed. We first locate and identify the problem with the assistance of high-quality, waterproof CCTV cameras. A flexible tube or tractor is attached to a high-resolution camera and snaked through the sewage lines to locate the problem. The camera transmits its findings wirelessly to an aboveground device which is monitored by our technician.

Once the camera identifies the problem, the technician above ground finds its exact location above ground with the help of signals transmitted by the camera and a vertical hole is dug to access it. If the problem identified is simply a blockage formed by tree roots or other organic material, we can resolve these issues with hydro jetting or chain cutting. Hydro jetting involves blasting high-pressure, hot water into the pipeline and scouring away debris, while chain cutting allows our experts to remove scale and deposits by inserting a chain into the pipe and causing it to vibrate and cut away debris. Both are effective services that allow us to clean the drains, but they also serve a second function. If we initially discovered that the pipe was suffering from cracks or leaks that needed to be repaired, we first clean the pipe to prepare it for our CIPP liner.

Once the sewer line has been fully cleaned, we can move forward with our CIPP lining. This process involves inserting a high-quality mixture of epoxy resin into the pipeline by covering an inflatable liner with the resin before it is positioned inside of the sewer line. Once in place, the liner is inflated and causes the resin to be pressed against the interior of the pipe and adhere to it. Following this transition, the epoxy resin requires several hours to cure, and after this is finished, the result is a brand new pipe completely installed within the old pipe without digging a single, destructive trench. The epoxy resin liner is expected to have a lifespan of at least 50 years due to its durability and strong qualities, making it a reliable solution for homeowners and business owners. With an added resistance to temperature fluctuations and tree root penetration, these liners are guaranteed to serve our customers across Rock Hill for many years.

When you need affordable and non-disruptive repairs, call Next Level Pipe Lining for our trenchless sewer repairs as needed. We are happy to serve our customers across the Carolinas and in the communities surrounding Rock Hill.
