About the Position

At Next Level Pipe Lining, we’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Executive Assistant to support our Director of Operations. This dual role blends high-volume content creation (graphics, video editing, and social media) with day-to-day administrative and executive support. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure smooth operations while crafting dynamic marketing materials that drive brand awareness and engagement. Job Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Marketing

    • Design engaging graphics, videos, and other promotional materials for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
    • Develop and schedule social media posts and other digital content to maintain a consistent brand presence.
    • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on new marketing ideas and strategies to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Executive Support

    • Provide administrative assistance to the Director of Operations, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
    • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
    • Manage correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Director.
  • Customer Service & Sales Support

    • Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure leads are properly tracked and followed up on.
    • Occasionally assist with sales-related tasks like preparing quotes or proposals.
  • Office Administration

    • Oversee basic office functions such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining organized digital filing systems.
    • Support team projects and participate in cross-functional activities that require administrative input.
  • Continuous Improvement

    • Stay updated on marketing trends, design tools, and video editing techniques to continually enhance the quality and impact of produced content.
    • Proactively seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency within the organization.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications

    • Education & Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (preferred).
      • 1–3 years of experience in a content creation, marketing, or administrative support role.
    • Technical Skills:

      • Proficiency with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
      • Experience with video editing platforms (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
      • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and email marketing platforms.
    • Soft Skills:

      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle various inquiries professionally.
    • Other:

      • Sales experience or interest is a plus.
      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving priorities.
      • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
