How do we conduct our pipe lining services?
It all starts with our inspections. We offer HD waterproof camera inspections that are fed into your pipes in order to get a thorough, clear view of the issues you may be experiencing with your plumbing. Whether it’s sediment buildup, clogs, blockages, fractures, breaks, corrosion, erosion, or tree root invasions, camera inspections can see it all. These inspections are instrumental in appropriately and accurately diagnosing your problem so that we may offer a valid solution.
If we feel as though pipe lining is necessary for your plumbing system, then we will also offer you a hydro jetting service. Hydro jetting uses highly pressurized water to clean and clear your pipes of any built-up grease, sediment, waste, or other buildups. This service is routine for drain cleaning, as well as preventative and maintenance services. We typically recommend for our customers to have their drains cleaned at least once a year.
After your pipes are cleaned, we’ll begin lining your pipes. The lining solution that we use will expand and press wet epoxy resin onto your pipe, creating a smooth, seamless fit. There, the liner will keep the epoxy pressed until it cures, and then the liner will be removed, leaving the epoxy behind. The epoxy resin lasts about fifty years, so this long term solution can be highly beneficial. This type of liner can fit into curved, straight, and 90-degree angle pipes as well so there is little difficulty in adapting our system to your specifications. Additionally, this resin can work for any pipe material and almost any width. Furthermore, the resin can be cut into a specific length of pipe or used for your entire system.
Sewer pipe lining is a great way to resolve many plumbing issues in Raleigh. Epoxy resin offers a smooth surface, which means clogs, buildup, scum, and sediments have a much harder time collecting in the future. Because the epoxy has a such a long life span, it’s ensured to be resistant to normal wear and tear, on top of high demand and consistent use. It’s a great solution for Raleigh homeowners, business owners, or property managers alike.
