Sewer pipe lining is a trenchless solution to repairing your sewer pipes, and our team at Next Level Pipe Lining is happy to offer Concord its trenchless pipe lining technology as a quick fix to old and leaking pipes.
This process is stress-free and requires only about a day to complete. The traditional method required trenches to be dug in your yard to even reach the pipe, and that alone could take a full day. Then it took a week or more to find the problem, remove debris, and install a new pipe. All while you had to be inconvenienced by keeping your water off and having a multitude of workers coming in and out of your home. With the cured-in-place pipe lining technique, we eliminate the need for large labor crews and trenches. There’s no additional damage to your home, like piles of gravel, muddy floors, or torn down walls. Once we are finished, your new pipe will be completely functional once again and you can move on with your day.
Our process begins with an inspection of the pipe using our inspection camera equipment. This allows us to analyze the condition of the pipe and location of any damage. We are able to do this while on your property, so this can save you time when receiving a diagnosis and preparing a solution. Following this, we have to remove the debris in order to provide a smooth surface for the epoxy. Debris, clogs, and other substances can cause blockages, so removing them will help restore the pipe to its original diameter. This also prevents the water flow from being negatively affected when the pipe lining is placed.
After the pipe is cleaned, our unique epoxy is then coated onto a tube that inserted into the sewer pipe. Once correctly positioned with the help of our video inspection, a bladder is inflated inside the tube. This pushes the epoxy against the pipe walls to help it maintain the shape and smooth it over cracks and leaks. Curing can take several hours and once done, the epoxy becomes a very hard, solid substance. The bladder and tube are removed, leaving you with a new pipe within the old. There is no need for us to remove the original so you can get your water running back to normal on the same day. If the problem is confined to a single portion of the pipeline, we will adjust our solution to cover that select area in the pipeline and repair it as needed. The flexibility of our options is made possible through the precision trenchless sewer pipe lining offers.
At Next Level Pipe Lining, our trenchless methods are an easy solution to large problems. Years of damage can be easily covered, sealed, and smoothed over to create a brand new pipe. This can give you years of security and long-term benefits, allowing your system to have improved water flow without collateral damage as a result of the installation process.
