At Next Level Pipe Lining, we offer sewer lining services as the preferred method of restoring faulty pipelines. With our solutions capable of fixing various types of pipeline materials, we offer excellent work that can assist our customers across Concord with any of their requirements.
The sewer lining process eliminates the heavy machinery and plowing associated with the dig-and-replace methods. The time it would take to dig trenches with these previous approaches to repairs required several weeks to be completed and this often resulted in extensive property damage and inflated remediation costs following potentially weeks of repair work. Instead, at Next Level Pipe Lining, our work is minimally invasive and typically requires only a single day to complete. This is a possibility through the trenchless technology that we incorporate into all of our work, significantly reducing labor time and encouraging more proactive steps to keeping the process minimally invasive and convenient for our customers.
Our sewer lining process is predicated with our camera inspection equipment. These small, but powerful tools allow us to analyze the condition of the pipe and locate any problem areas. We can conduct this inspection onsite through a small access point, saving time from extensive digging in favor of a fast diagnosis. Our sewer lining solution is recommended for situations when we encounter cracks or leaks within the pipeline material, and to ensure that the lining process goes smoothly, we will remove the debris to provide a smooth surface for the epoxy resin to cure against. With our powerful hydro jetting equipment, we are capable of easily removing debris, clog formations, and other complications. The water pressure is powerful, but not enough to cause adverse damage to the pipeline either.
After the pipe is cleaned, our unique epoxy is then coated onto a tube that inserted into the sewer pipe. Once correctly positioned with the help of our video inspection, a bladder is inflated inside the tube. This pushes the epoxy against the pipe walls to help it maintain the shape and smooth it over cracks and leaks. While the curing process can take several hours to complete, once the process has finished, the epoxy has become a hard, solid substance. The bladder and tube are removed, leaving you with a new pipe within the old. There is no need for us to remove the original so you can get your water running back to normal within the same day, and depending on the extent of the damage, our lining can even be cut and measured to restore portions of the pipe, rather than the entire pipeline, if required.
This trenchless method serves as an easy solution to large-scale problems. Years of damage can be easily covered, sealed, and smoothed over to create a brand new pipe. This can give you years of peace-of-mind and long-term benefits. You can enjoy improved water flow and ensure that there is no collateral damage brought to your home during the installation process.
